Our experience was so easy and pleasant. Cristina was helpful, knowledgeable, and considerate, and helped my first-time car buyer daughter find a good car within her budget. The office and staff also have a "masks required" policy, which made me, coming from a mask mandatory state (Maryland) feel comfortable. I highly recommend Carnova.

Honestly the best car buying experience I could’ve asked for. They welcomed me right from the start and treated me like family. Would recommend to anyone looking for a used car in amazing condition at a affordable price. Also they didn’t hide any hidden fees like other car dealerships. Very friendly and welcoming staff here! We had a hard time parking, but they just received a shipment of cars so it’s understandable. I absolutely love the personality of the people in the office, they make you feel right at home. Seems like they want to keep customers in a good financial position and want to help you stay on a good financial path.
